Paul Kaden
CEO
As Managing Director, Paul Kaden is fully committed behind all projects and actively develops all products.
He holds a B.A. in Security Management from the Northern Business School Hamburg and served 12 years in Special Operations with the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), during which he participated in 3 combat missions in Baghlan, Afghanistan, including being stationed in OP NORTH for 12 months at a time.
He began his career at age 17 as a squad leader in General Basic Training. After specialized courses and promotion to sergeant, he served as a training sergeant at the United Nations Hostage and Detention Training Center. He then earned the Handgun and portable Anti-Tank Instructor qualification, and later the New Firearms Training Concept Instructor qualification.
In 2009, he prepared for a crowd & riot control mission in Kosovo, for which he also led the sniper pre-training.
Subsequently, he proved himself as a platoon leader and subunit leader while establishing tactical combat medicine (TCCC) in his unit.
As a leader in pre-deployment training, he directed the marksmanship training of future deployed forces for their missions in Kosovo, Sudan, Iraq and Afghanistan.
During his service, Paul Kaden was stationed throughout Germany, most recently as a special operations sergeant in the Charlie Platoon of the well-known 3rd / Company of Parachute Battalion 313 / Airborne Brigade 31 in Seedorf.
He completed his tour of duty in 2016 with the rank of master sergeant and went on to study security management, graduating with a bachelor of arts degree. While in the service, he served as an event manager, tactical equipment distributor for Recon Company and first aid instructor for Primeros.
While still in college, he devoted himself to Content-Creation.
In mid-2019, he founded RAMROD XR, with a vision to improve training for responders and businesses using XR technology.
In late 2020, as part of a research project for the Hamburg Authority for Environment, Climate, Energy and Agricultural Economics, he invented the Ceiler-Catcher - an energy-autonomous, radio-remote 4G livestreaming living animal trap for scalable efficiency improvement of hunting traps.
In mid-2021, he programmed the Pfandangels application - a decentralized charitable social impact network where those in need can pick up donations in the form of deposit bottles from anyone and be compensated for the relief in disposal with deposit.
Between 2021 and 2023, he supported a project for BUKEA Hamburg (Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture) on autonomous AI-supported forest fire detection and control with BVLOS drones as an Innovation Consultant.

Statement from the CEO
"RAMROD XR is a leader in the field of Virtual and Extended Reality. With our partners, we are excellently positioned worldwide to support operational and rescue forces of all kinds. Companies and entrepreneurs can also benefit from our technology by virtualizing cost-intensive processes. This is a personal concern for me, as I myself have never been able to practice with my soldiers in the past in the way that reality requires.
In the event of an emergency or accident, the only principle that works is the KISS principle: Keep It Simple and Stupid. Only what has been practiced and mastered will not let you down under stress. At the same time, it is a dichotomy to always recognize and strive for innovation, but not to forget the tried and true. I wish I had had XR systems available myself. That would have saved lives."

Authentication procedure SOF
What is RAMROD
Along with Flashcode, Code of the Week and SARNEG (Search And Rescue Numerical Encryption Group), RAMROD is part of the SPINS (Special Instructions).
They allow authentication between Blue Forces within the kill box.
The SPINS describe the authentication procedures between forces, e.g. Ground Force Commander and CAS-capable (Combat Air Support) aircraft for GAAI (Ground Assisted Air Interdiction); in SERER (Search, Evade, Resistance, Escape, Recovery) use by combat rescuers or SARTF (Search and Rescue Task Force), in relief, etc. and are usually used as a backup for the ComPlan (Communications Plan), e.g. in the event of a Hard or soft compromise used.
It consists of 10 non-repeating letters and alternates regularly at irregular times.
SPINS are usually not noted, just noted.
