  • Battery life of the VR goggles

    The battery runtime is two hours. This can be extended considerably with the standby mode.

    Spare batteries are included and can be easily replaced.

  • Hygiene and cleaning

    VR goggles and helmet can be cleaned with common agents. You should refrain from using too strong agents because plastic parts can be affected in the long run.

  • Glasses and VR

    Slim and small frames can easily be used in VR. An alternative solution using 3D-printed inserts for VR glasses is currently under development. 

    Different diopters from -5 to +5 can be inserted quickly and easily.

  • Control and interaction with the AI (NCUs)

    The "non-user characters" (NUCs) in our virtual scenarios can be influenced as needed. Specifically, this includes changing position, behavior, emotional levels (anxiety, stress, aggression levels). 

    In addition, control over an NCU character can be taken and can influence the scenario directly.

  • Communication

    The admin/trainer can communicate directly with the users/trainees, as well as the users/trainees with each other.

    Currently, we are in the early phase for a radio dummy with which the sending of radio messages is to be simulated by operation.

  • Other operating equipment

    In addition to the various weapon systems for virtual representation, we also place special emphasis on non-lethal weapons. 

    In the planning are among others radios, flashlights, 40mm grenade launchers (CS), ballistic shields, and electric pulse devices.

    The prototype of an RSG4 (irritant spray gun) with pepper spray is already available.
